Today's tip: An easy way to preserve fresh herbs is to put the chopped herbs into an ice cube tray (1 tablespoon per cube) and fill with water, then freeze. Store in a heavy plastic bag in the freezer.

Herbs and spices are truly amazing and wonderful things. Even though they may seem very expensive, typically a little goes a long way.
