** ICHS supports foreign students (under 30 years old) with their supervisors for face-to-face participation. Only one normal registration fee will be requested from supervisor and student together participation. This program isn't valid in the APTI, AMAPMED, AMAPSEEC MEMBERS discounted fees. Official document declaring student supervising will be requested in related institute of the university from the supervisor.  

***Türkiye'den ekip olarak (en az beş kişi) katılımlarda normal standart katılım ücretleri üzerinden %20 indirim sağlanacaktır. 

***Danışman öğrenci programından yararlanacak katılımcılar tek katılım ücreti ile iki kişi olarak katılım sağlayabileceklerdir.

INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

Booking procedure at special rates requires participants to contact hospitality@macfrut.com to book and pay their fees directly.

A shuttle bus on 21-22-23 April will be operating from this hotel in the morning and again in the evening for the return journey after the fair closes. No other personalized shuttle services are available.

Congress Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration queries and/or cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat, via e-mail (ichs.conference@gmail.com)

In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster

  • The full registration fees will be refunded only until March 02, 2026 after bank transfer costs,
  • 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 16, 2026  after bank transfer costs,
  • 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 30, 2026  after bank transfer costs,
  • No refund will be available after March 30, 2026 

Registration Fee for Participants Covers:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to poster & exhibition area
  • Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
